SeaOwl Energy Services has experienced significant growth over the last few years, which meant that we needed to both improve our processes and make sure they are understood and followed by the whole company. We are always very pleased to improve our organisation and level of service, but like to make sure they benefit our clients and the company as a whole. Our ISO 9001 standard will make sure that we keep up our high service levels by continuously developing internal processes. There are eight quality management principles of ISO 9001, including customer focus, continual improvement, decision making processes and supplier relationships, which are now being used by senior management as a framework to drive and improve performance.
